1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or engaging 2TInteractive services you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. Services

2TInteractive provides digital strategy, design, engineering, enterprise AI consulting, and content production and distribution services, including an internal production platform used to schedule, render and publish video. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are set out in the applicable proposal, statement of work or service agreement, which take precedence over these terms.

3. Accounts and authorisations

You are responsible for activity performed under your accounts and for keeping credentials confidential.
When you connect a third-party platform (for example TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn or YouTube), you authorise 2TInteractive to act on your behalf strictly within the permissions you grant on that platform's consent screen and within the scope described in our integration disclosures.
You may revoke any authorisation at any time from the platform's settings; access ends immediately.
We will never require you to share a platform password with us.

4. Content you provide

You retain ownership of materials you supply and warrant that you hold the rights needed for us to use them for the agreed purpose. You grant 2TInteractive a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit and publish that material solely as required to deliver the services, including publication to the platform accounts you have authorised.

5. Content we publish

Content produced for you is delivered per the statement of work. Unless agreed otherwise, 2TInteractive may display publicly produced work in its portfolio after publication. Publishing decisions for your channels remain yours: where automated publishing is enabled, it operates only within the privacy level and platform settings you have authorised, and can be disabled at any time.

6. Third-party platforms & YouTube Terms

Our services integrate with third-party platforms that operate independently and under their own terms. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their availability, moderation decisions, algorithm changes, or for actions taken by a platform against an account. Integration use is additionally subject to each platform's developer terms, acceptable use policies and, where applicable, app-review requirements.

Specifically, our platform utilizes YouTube API Services to manage and publish video assets. By connecting or publishing through our YouTube integrations, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

7. Fees and payment

Fees, invoicing and payment terms are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days. Work may be paused for accounts more than 30 days overdue after written notice.

8. Intellectual property

2TInteractive retains all rights in its own software, tools, internal platforms, methodologies and know-how. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of 2TInteractive technology to you. Client content, brand assets and platform accounts remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential and use it only to perform the services. This obligation survives termination by three years.

10. Warranties and liability

We warrant that we will perform the services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, 2TInteractive is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or platform-side decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Term and termination

Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach that remains uncured 30 days after written notice, or immediately if the other becomes insolvent. On termination we will stop scheduled processing, and may retain your content for the retention period set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the revision date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Beirut have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
