BLOM BANK UI/UX Overhaul

Project Overview:
BLOM BANK in Beirut, Lebanon, engaged our services for a comprehensive UI/UX overhaul of their existing banking platform. The objective was to enhance user experience, ensure seamless navigation, and modernize the interface to align with current design standards.

Deliverables:

  1. UI/UX Templating:
    • Redesigned the user interface with a modern, intuitive layout.
    • Improved user experience by streamlining navigation and making the platform more user-friendly.
    • Developed a consistent visual style across all elements of the banking platform.
  2. Dashboard Redesign:
    • Created a new dashboard that provides users with a clear overview of their account information and related services.
    • Implemented real-time data updates to ensure users have the most current information.
  3. Service Integration:
    • Integrated various banking services, such as money transfer, eBlom Cash, and recharge prepaid lines, into the new design.
    • Enhanced accessibility and ease of use for these services.
  4. User Preferences and Personalization:
    • Added options for users to customize their dashboard and account preferences.
    • Included theme selection to allow users to choose their preferred visual style.
  5. Security Enhancements:
    • Incorporated security alerts and tips within the dashboard to improve user awareness and safety.
    • Streamlined processes for updating security settings, such as OTP registration and password resets.
