1. Who we are

2TInteractive is an independent digital agency and enterprise AI consultancy operated by Tarek Tarabichi from Beirut, Lebanon. For the purposes of this policy, 2TInteractive is the data controller for personal data it collects through this website and through production tooling it operates for clients and for its own channels.

2. What we collect

Contact details you provide directly, such as name, email address, company and enquiry content.
Inquiry and engagement records, including the services you request and the correspondence that follows.
Platform account data for social integrations (TikTok, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) that you explicitly authorise through the platform's own consent screen. Depending on the permissions you grant, this can include your Open ID, display name, username, profile image, follower and like counts, and a list of videos published to your account. See our TikTok integration disclosure for the exact scopes requested and their purpose.
Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, retained only as short-lived server logs for security and abuse prevention.

3. YouTube API Services Compliance & Data Handling

2TInteractive production tools utilize YouTube API Services to automate scheduled video publishing, playlist management, and thumbnail synchronization across authorized client and studio channels.

Governing Terms: By utilizing our YouTube-integrated services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Google Privacy Policy: In addition to our own privacy policy, all information accessed through YouTube API Services is processed in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
Data Access & Usage: We access, store, and process YouTube data (including channel IDs, video metadata, upload statuses, and playlist assignments) strictly for operating and managing the publication pipeline of authorized channels. We do not sell, rent, or share YouTube data with third parties or advertising networks.
Access Revocation: You can revoke 2TInteractive's access to your YouTube channel and data at any time via the Google Security Settings Permissions Page. Revoking access immediately terminates token validity.
Data Deletion: Any cached or stored YouTube API data (such as published video IDs and upload receipts) can be permanently deleted upon request by emailing privacy@2tinteractive.com. Requests are completed within 30 days.

4. How we use it

To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and deliver contracted services.
To operate content production, scheduling and publishing for channels you have authorised.
To measure reach and performance of content we produce on your behalf.
To maintain the security, integrity and availability of our systems.

We do not use platform data for advertising, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell, rent or broker personal data to third parties.

5. Storage and security

Access tokens issued by third-party platforms are stored encrypted at rest on infrastructure operated by 2TInteractive. We apply a local-first architecture: browsing, storage and processing occur on systems we control. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel and protected by authentication. Where a platform's API requires it, data may transit through that platform, which processes it under its own terms of service.

6. Retention

Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months. Client and production records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 24 months for accounting and legal obligations. Authorisation tokens are retained only while the corresponding platform account remains connected, and are deleted on disconnection or when the platform revokes access. Server logs are rotated within 30 days.

7. Sharing

We share personal data only where necessary to deliver a contracted service (for example, hosting or email delivery providers acting under our instruction), or where required by law. We do not share data with third parties for their own marketing.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw a platform authorisation at any time from within the platform's own settings, which immediately invalidates our access. Requests can be sent to privacy@2tinteractive.com and are answered within 30 days.

9. International transfers

2TInteractive operates from Lebanon and works internationally. Where personal data is processed outside your jurisdiction, it is transferred only to processors bound by contract to protect it to at least the standard described in this policy.

10. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
